Targeted Initiative for Older Workers - Canada's Economic Action Plan: "Through Canada's Economic Action Plan, the federal government is providing increased funding of $60 million over three years for the Targeted Initiative for Older Workers (TIOW). This increased funding will enable more unemployed older workers to receive the specialized support they need to transition to new jobs."
